What is your MOQ? Usually our MOQ is 500pcs for custom color mug. But for white color mug we could do low MOQ like 100pcs. How long is the production lead time? Existing conventional model:7-20 days, custom model:30-45 days., depending on your quantity. How can I get a sample to check your quality? We can provide a free regular sample, but the freight will be payed by you. Customized sample will be charged at sample cost and freight collect basis. We will refund after get order for sampled item. How long is lead time of sample? For existing samples, it takes 3-5 days for shipping. If you need the customized samples, it takes 7 days to make it. What format artwork do you want for printing? AI,TIFF are the best formats. JPG, PDF, EPS, PSD are also sometimes acceptable. What is your terms of delivery?
